January 2023 Monthly Market Review

After a bleak 2022, markets started off strong in January 2023 as economic data continued to point to moderating inflation. Within equities, international developed and emerging market equities rose 8.1% and 7.9%, respectively, outpacing US equities at 6.3% due to the further weakening of the dollar.
